What our members and scholars are saying

GWF sponsored my studies for a Diploma in Civil Engineering at FNU in 2007 and in 2011, I was selected as an AusAID scholar to study a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at UNSW. From a girl with nothing but big dreams to being just a semester away from graduating as a qualified Civil Engineer from one of the best universities in the world — GWF has changed my life. They made my dreams take life.

Doreen Prasad GWF Scholarship Recipient · Civil Engineering

Dear GWF family, I just wanted to email and thank all of you for the hard work and for promoting women's education. I am happy to say that I have achieved my dream in becoming an aircraft engineer. I graduated from FNU (2013) with a Trade Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical). Just last Friday I was informed that 1 was made a permanent staff... So I am well on my way to becoming a Licensed Engineer.
